Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Mackintosh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dominic Cerrone!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Viktor Lagutenko and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mackintosh looks to land a combination but Cerrone avoids it well.
Cerrone looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Mackintosh swinging wildly here.
Cerrone works the jab nicely.
Mackintosh avoids a punch combination nicely.
Mackintosh misses with a jab, cross combination.
The fight stays on the outside here - Mackintosh looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Mackintosh scores with a takedown into Cerrone's guard.
Cerrone is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Cerrone keeping moving, preventing Mackintosh from controlling successfully.
Cerrone wants to get back to his feet but Mackintosh passes into half guard.

Cerrone is staying active underneath Mackintosh, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Mackintosh is working for a kimura but Cerrone is defending it quite comfortably.

Mackintosh is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Cerrone still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Cerrone has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Mackintosh is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Cerrone pulls his head out easily.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Cerrone leaves Mackintosh with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Mackintosh lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Mackintosh fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Cerrone.
Cerrone misses with a hook.
Mackintosh slips a jab and a cross from Cerrone.
Mackintosh closes this distance looking for a takedown but Cerrone circles away.
Mackintosh avoids the body shot from Cerrone.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mackintosh will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Mackintosh throws a right and a left that Cerrone avoids nicely.

Mackintosh throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Cerrone sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Mackintosh fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Mackintosh throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Dominic Cerrone is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Mackintosh throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Cerrone sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Cerrone misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Mackintosh.
Mackintosh misses with the combination.
Mackintosh fails with the takedown.
Cerrone takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Mackintosh misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mackintosh avoids a punch combination nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Mackintosh's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Cerrone jabs Mackintosh right on the nose. Mackintosh blinks but takes it well.

Nice takedown defense from Cerrone. No joy for Mackintosh on that attempt.
Cerrone closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Mackintosh! Cerrone dives in looking to finish! Mackintosh is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dominic Cerrone!
