0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Steven Peterson! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Phil Schofield and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Peterson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Perkins manages to avoid it. Peterson looks to clinch and Perkins counters with a single leg into guard. Peterson didn't expect that. Peterson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Perkins is one step ahead there. Peterson wants to hit a switch here but Perkins passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Peterson there! Perkins is landing with some decent strikes but Peterson is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Perkins is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Perkins!
