Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hori Taka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nich DiMag (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nich DiMag is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Ren Mimura and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taka drives through and clinches with DiMag against the cage.
Taka tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Taka misses with a punch to the body.
DiMag is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Taka is defending well.
DiMag tries for a takedown. No joy.
Taka avoiding damage.
DiMag on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
DiMag tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Taka smiles and moves away.
Hori Taka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nich DiMag.
DiMag shoots and misses
and Taka counters by moving into the clinch.
DiMag is working for takedown but Taka is calmly controlling the position for now.

Taka takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
DiMag is looking for a sweep. Taka is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

DiMag is refusing to be controlled, as Taka sits in half guard.
DiMag moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now DiMag is on top in guard.

DiMag drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and DiMag jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Taka is trying to control the position but DiMag postures up.
Taka looking to hit a scissor sweep but DiMag is one step ahead there.
Taka is pulling down on DiMag's head. It's preventing any offense from DiMag, at least for the moment.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Taka has his foot on DiMag's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. DiMag works his way back into a safe position though.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
DiMag is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
DiMag trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Taka is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
DiMag wants to pass the guard but Taka is keeping the position.
DiMag avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
DiMag has his takedown stuffed
and Taka moves into the clinch.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Taka tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
DiMag can't get the takedown.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hori Taka dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

DiMag has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Taka after a bit of a struggle.

Taka is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

DiMag looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Taka is defending well. DiMag quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Taka has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! DiMag celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

A relieved looking Nich DiMag thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
