Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lowell Lamb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dogukan Nebioglu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nebioglu shoots in and bounces Lamb off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Lamb has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Nebioglu is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Lamb.

Nebioglu closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Lamb's guard.
Lamb can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Nebioglu controls the pace.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lamb looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Nebioglu puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Let's hope that Nebioglu has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

BOOM! Nebioglu connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Lamb is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Nebioglu has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Lamb is looking to improve his position but Nebioglu isn't that keen on the idea.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nebioglu pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Nebioglu takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
