Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Daniel Blasius and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fist moves into the clinch.
Fist is looking to break free of the clinch but Cannon has double underhooks.
Fist breaks from the clinch.
Cannon on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
A head kick misses from Cannon.
Cannon shoots for a double leg takedown but Fist sprawls well. He's pushed Cannon's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Cannon gets tackled into the cage by Fist. Fist maintains the clinch.
Cannon misses with a hook to the ribs.
Cannon blocks an elbow strike from Fist.
Fist wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fist escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Cannon goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
It looks like Black Fist has been cut.
Cannon misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Fist drives through and clinches with Cannon against the cage.

Fist pushes Cannon up against the cage in a clinch.
Cannon on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Fist wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Cannon has clasped his hands together around Fist's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Cannon will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Cannon sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Fist is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Cannon stands up and beckons Fist to his feet.
Black Fist seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Cannon tries to close the distance and clinch up but Fist swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Fist has managed to clinch.
Cannon blocks a body shot from Fist.
Fist prevents a takedown attempt there.
Fist pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Cannon throws a sloppy head kick and Fist moves out of range easily.
Fist has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight.
Fist blocks a head kick by Cannon.
Cannon looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Cannon tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Fist instigates a clinch.
Cannon tries for a takedown. No joy.
Fist lands a nice uppercut.
Fist breaks from the clinch.
Cannon throws a head kick but Fist moves out of range.

Fist throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Cannon fails to pull guard.
Fist tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Fist's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Fist moves into the clinch.
Fist tries a knee to the head but Cannon blocks it.
Cannon has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Fist regains guard immediately.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Fist is working an open guard so Cannon takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Fist slaps away a takedown attempt from Cannon, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Fist scores with a head kick. Cannon tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Fist has taken the fight to the clinch.
Cannon blocking some punches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Black Fist dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Black Fist's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Fist clinches up with Cannon and pushes him back against the cage.
Cannon really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Fist is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Fist controlling the action here for a moment.
Cannon manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Cannon is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Fist is controlling him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cannon trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Fist is breathing heavily.

Fist looking to sit in guard and control but Cannon gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Cannon makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Fist has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Cannon stands and steps away. Fist gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Black Fist seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Fist tries a head kick but it misses.
Cannon decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Cannon in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Fist tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Cannon!
