Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Patellar Luxation (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yize Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Patellar Luxation!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Yize Li!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Li looks to land a combination but Luxation avoids it well.
Li rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Luxation moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Luxation connects with a body shot that sends Li's belly button to the back.
Luxation throws a head kick that misses.
Li will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Li sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Luxation connects with a leg kick. Li looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Luxation connects with a good right hand that stumbles Li. Li circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Luxation looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Luxation.
Li looks winded!
Li takes a shot to the body in his stride.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Luxation tests Li's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Luxation lands a big head kick that sends Li tumbling to the mat! Luxation takes a step backwards and waves Li back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Yize Li has been cut.
Luxation looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Li bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Luxation's head.
Li misses with a two punch combination.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Luxation throws a body punch but Li moves out of range.
Luxation lands a big head kick that sends Li tumbling to the mat! Luxation takes a step backwards and waves Li back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Li is rocked!
Luxation fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Li to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Li looks to clinch but Luxation throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Li taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Patellar Luxation!
