0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Deri Perry Jr! The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Sandra Marshall and Bart Greer.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Perry Jr fails with a takedown attempt. Perry Jr closes this distance looking for a takedown but Nobunaka circles away. Perry Jr shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Nobunaka eats them both and turns towards Perry Jr to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Perry Jr misses with a few strikes there.

Perry Jr doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Nobunaka counters with a single leg into guard. Perry Jr didn't expect that. Oda Nobunaka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Deri Perry Jr. Nobunaka stops Perry Jr from standing up. Nobunaka stays in close to Perry Jr's body and controls the position. Nobunaka stands and throws Perry Jr's legs to the side, diving into side control. Nobunaka advances to mount. Perry Jr really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nobunaka. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
