Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jermaine Pedigrew (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janko Muzykant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Janko Muzykant!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Peter Branson and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pedigrew scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Pedigrew stuffs the takedown attempt from Muzykant. Muzykant gets slowly back to his feet.
Pedigrew keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Pedigrew gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Muzykant.
Pedigrew misses with a body shot.
Muzykant steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Pedigrew.
Muzykant's coach down at Cozad The Island was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Muzykant's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Pedigrew throws a right hand that Muzykant ducks under and follows up with a left that Muzykant also avoids with ease.
Muzykant looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Pedigrew throws a nice looking combination but Muzykant bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Muzykant darts in and clinches Pedigrew up against the cage.
Muzykant is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Pedigrew gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Muzykant takes a shot to the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Pedigrew breaks the clinch.
Pedigrew bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Muzykant's head backwards.
Jermaine Pedigrew seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pedigrew throws a nice looking combination but Muzykant bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Muzykant scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Pedigrew tries to escape but Muzykant is in control.
Muzykant is working Pedigrew over with some ground and pound from side control.
Muzykant fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Muzykant has an Americana. Pedigrew didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Muzykant is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Muzykant hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
