Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kraig Richards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Parama Chaiyawan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Parama Chaiyawan was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kraig Richards! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Parama Chaiyawan! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chaiyawan instigates a clinch. Chaiyawan is pushing Richards up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Richards takes an elbow to the forehead.
It looks like Kraig Richards has been cut. Chaiyawan lands a left hand that snaps the head of Richards backwards. Richards really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Chaiyawan gets through Richards's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Chaiyawan stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Chaiyawan continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up. Chaiyawan gets underhooks to prevent Richards's takedown attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Richards letting Chaiyawan take a breather here. Richards is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chaiyawan has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Richards regains guard immediately. Richards preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Chaiyawan trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Chaiyawan must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Richards utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Chaiyawan would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Richards keeping full guard, as Chaiyawan tries to pass. Richards is controlling Chaiyawan's posture.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chaiyawan circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Richards drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Chaiyawan follows Richards to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Parama Chaiyawan!
