Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gonzo Jackman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Colombo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackman scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Jackman cracks Colombo with an open hand slap.
Jackman tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Colombo was well out of range. Poor timing from Jackman.
Jackman throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jackman dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Colombo is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Jackman's half guard.
Colombo wants to pass the guard but Jackman is defending well.
Colombo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jackman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Colombo has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

That was a close round but I would say that Gonzo Jackman will probably get the nod.

Colombo is pushing down on Jackman's leg trying to pass to half guard. Jackman is fighting to maintain full guard but Colombo has managed to sneak the leg through.

Jackman has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Colombo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jackman accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Colombo is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Colombo has Jackman pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Colombo pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Jackman tumbling to the mat - Colombo dives into Jackman's guard.
