Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Phil Schofield and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peltola uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Peltola bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Egomitis has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Peltola slips a jab from Egomitis.
Peltola changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Egomitis tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Peltola paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Peltola is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Egomitis with a body shot.

We've been informed that Peltola has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Peltola drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Egomitis manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Peltola has Egomitis in his guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Egomitis walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Peltola checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Atte Peltola dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Atte Peltola very nearly forgot to thank Milwaukee's Best 160 (85% laundry) amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
