Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Xavier Barbossa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Patton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Patton has chosen Keep your hands to yourself- Georgia Satellites as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Xavier Barbossa has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, George Patton!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Thiago Cunha and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Patton tries to clinch there but Barbossa circles away.
Barbossa lands a big uppercut and Patton crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Patton looks OK. Barbossa waves Patton back to his feet!
Patton is rocked!
It looks like George Patton has been cut.
Barbossa lands a nice shot to the body.
Patton is still on wobbly legs! Can Barbossa finish him?
Barbossa throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Patton seems to have recovered his senses.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Patton switches off momentarily and Barbossa cracks him with a monster right hand! Patton topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Barbossa dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Barbossa!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Xavier Barbossa!
Xavier Barbossa very nearly forgot to thank Sparta Fightware amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
In defeat, George Patton stepped up to the mic, saying 'I'd like to thank my opponent, and apologize to the fans.'.
