Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Edu Fola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ron Dogg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dogg comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Kickstart My Heart kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

4 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ron Dogg! The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dogg shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Dogg is looking for a kimura but Fola is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Dogg to get the leverage. Dogg is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Fola sees it coming and defends easily. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Dogg working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though. Dogg is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Fola sees it coming and defends easily. Dogg looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Fola with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Fola looks like he's trying to stand up.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Dogg seems to be working for a kimura but Fola defends the submission attempt. Dogg wants to control but Fola is keeping him busy. Dogg seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Fola is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
