Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Busta Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mohamed Jamal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Black comes to the cage accompanied by Redemption Song. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Busta Black!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mohamed Jamal!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, John Kavanagh and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black misses with a left hand
enabling Jamal to counter with a crisp jab.
Black takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Black fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Black doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Jamal counters with a one-two to the body.
Black throws out a loose jab but Jamal uses good head movement to avoid it.
Jamal looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jamal tries to stand and escape but Black is controlling the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jamal is trying for a kimura here. Black looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Jamal wins by kimura!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Mohamed Jamal!
Mohamed Jamal opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
