Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Tennant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pekka Kaukalo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kaukalo is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Anna rakas raju hetki. David Tennant had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 266.3lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Kaukalo does no damage.
Kaukalo misses with a body shot.
Tennant connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
A slow jab from Kaukalo misses its intended target.
Tennant dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Tennant throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

We've been hearing reports that Tennant has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
