Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Le Muria!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, John Doe!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, William Gold and Phil Schofield.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doe tries to close the distance and clinch but Muria swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Doe tries to clinch but Muria moves out of range.
Muria ducks under a wild hook from Doe.
Muria looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Doe tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Muria makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Muria keeps the fight on the outside.
Muria scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!


It looks like John Doe has been cut.
Muria lands a nice looking body shot.
Muria misses with a leg kick.

Doe closes the distance and clinches.
Doe lands an elbow that stopped Muria in his tracks for a moment.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Doe blocks an uppercut.
Muria scores with a shoulder strike.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Doe looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Doe throws an elbow that misses.

Muria blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Muria breaks from the clinch.
Muria throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Doe has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Doe tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Muria counters with a nice body shot.
Muria moves out of range of the strikes.
Doe closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Doe throws a hook but Muria avoids it easily.
Muria jabs Doe right on the nose. Doe blinks but takes it well.
Muria seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Doe throws a right hand that misses
and Muria counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.


Doe is rocked!
Doe doesn't manage to clinch there - Muria circles away.
Muria uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Doe.
Muria connects with the punch.
Doe throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Muria sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A left lands for Muria.
Doe is still on wobbly legs! Can Muria finish him?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Doe tries to close the distance and clinch but Muria swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Doe seems to have recovered his senses.
Doe throws a lazy uppercut
and Muria counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Doe thinking.
Doe walks forward, straight into a front kick from Muria.
Doe looks winded!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Muria lands a nice hook to Doe's body. Doe takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Muria steps in with a hook that catches Doe right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Muria follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Doe looks absolutely devastated.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Le Muria!
Le Muria was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
