Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Isreal Barrett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vice Ganda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ganda has chosen Boom Panes! as his entrance music. Isreal Barrett has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Vice Ganda!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barrett closes the distance and pushes Ganda back into the cage.
Barrett has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Ganda regains guard immediately.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Barrett accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Barrett had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Ganda defends it easily.

Barrett has his foot on Ganda's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Ganda works his way back into a safe position though.

That was a close second round but I would say that Isreal Barrett will probably get the nod.
That's time! Barrett's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Ganda gets caught flat footed, as Barrett shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Barrett really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Barrett has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Ganda is working away from the top position though.
Ganda lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Isreal Barrett.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Barrett, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
