Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jack Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Prescott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Prescott has chosen Trapt - Head strong as his entrance music. Marcus Prescott acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Brown! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 1, fighting out of London, Marcus Prescott! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Glass and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Prescott tries to keep at a distance but Brown has taken the fight into the clinch. Brown lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Prescott or not. Brown gets through Prescott's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Prescott is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Brown lands with a light punch inside. Brown escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Brown throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Prescott shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Good exchange - Brown coming out on top. Prescott shoots in for a takedown but Brown shows good takedown defense. Prescott doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Brown misses with a body shot.
Prescott shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Jack Brown has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcus Prescott. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Brown lands a jab to Prescott's midsection. Prescott looks gassed! Brown throws a half hearted mid kick. Brown wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Brown digs a good hook to Prescott's body.

It looks like Marcus Prescott has been cut. Brown cracks Prescott with a right hand to the side of the head. Brown lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Brown thuds a left hand into Prescott's body. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A jab-cross combination lands for Brown and sends Prescott crashing to the mat! Brown follows him down to the mat - Prescott regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Prescott is rocked! Brown decides to stand up. Prescott is still on wobbly legs! Can Brown finish him? Brown swinging wilding here.
Prescott seems to have recovered his senses. Brown takes the fight into the clinch. Good body shot from Brown.

Brown bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Prescott's head.
That has opened up Marcus Prescott's cut even more. Brown lands a two punch combo.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brown misses with a few strikes there.
Brown throws a series of strikes that have Prescott backpedaling.
Brown scores with a one two! Prescott had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Prescott circles away from the clinch attempt.
Prescott takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Brown is working the combinations to good effect here. Prescott takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Prescott is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Brown.
The cut above Marcus Prescott's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Jack Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Brown lands a really nice looking cross but Prescott seems unphased.

Brown scores with a decent looking hook. Prescott keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Brown lands with a nice combination. Prescott backs away looking to recover. Brown looks to land a combination but Prescott avoids it well. Nice uppercut there from Brown. Prescott takes a jab right on the kisser.
Marcus Prescott's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Brown tries to clinch up but Prescott circles away and keeps his distance. Prescott takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Brown is looking to wear down Prescott with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Brown misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Brown is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Brown lands a nice shot to the body.
Brown fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Brown thuds a left hand into Prescott's body. Prescott takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Brown connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. A lazy left from Brown finds it's target.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Brown throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Brown rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Prescott moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Brown works over Prescott's head and body with a nice combination. Brown ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Prescott moves away. Nice body kick there by Brown. Prescott gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Brown. Brown looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Prescott has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Brown connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Prescott's hands. Brown throws a series of punches but Prescott moves out of range. Brown throws a combination. Prescott tries to block but a couple of punches get through. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Prescott changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Brown tries to avoid it but Prescott manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Brown to the ground. Brown escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Brown stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Prescott shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Brown as he avoids it easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jack Brown dominated that round. The cut man is working on Marcus Prescott's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Jack Brown is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Prescott moves away from the strike by Brown. Brown lands a lovely overhand right. Prescott shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Brown as he avoids it easily. Brown misses with a straight left. Brown lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Nice defenses there by Prescott. A telegraphed right hand from Brown misses the target. Brown moves in looking to clinch but Prescott pushes him off. Prescott should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Prescott takes a jab right on the kisser.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Brown lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Prescott at a distance.

Brown fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Brown connects with a single shot there. Brown takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Brown lands a slapping body shot.
Brown tries to clinch up. A combination from Brown does no damage. Prescott walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Brown moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Marcus Prescott's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Jack Brown!
