Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lock Bresnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Medved (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A looping hook to the body misses from Bresnar. Medved does a little dance to reset his feet. Nice takedown defense from Bresnar. No joy for Medved on that attempt. Bresnar throws a leg kick that misses. No joy there for Bresnar, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Medved shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Bresnar clinches up with Medved and pushes him back against the cage. He's pushed Bresnar's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Bresnar has Medved up against the cage in a clinch.

Bresnar tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Medved defends well and Bresnar ends up having to push Medved into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Bresnar engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Bresnar has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
