Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laprise misses with a series of wild punches.
Some wild striking there from Laprise.
Laprise throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mcgregor.
Mcgregor moves into the clinch.
Laprise wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Laprise wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Mcgregor has him pressed against the cage.
Laprise breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Laprise misses with a jab, cross combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Laprise throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Laprise falls off balance throwing a combination
and Mcgregor counters with a nice uppercut.
Mcgregor wants to clinch up but Laprise keeps it at a distance.
Mcgregor lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Laprise throws a right hand that misses
and Laprise takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Mcgregor closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Laprise out cold! Laprise corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Mac Mcgregor!
Mac Mcgregor bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
