Warrior fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
A jab-cross combination lands for Putin and sends Warrior crashing to the mat! Putin follows him down to the mat - Warrior regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Warrior is rocked!
It looks like Knight Warrior has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Putin wants to get back to his feet.
Putin has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at LOD: Lightning Kicks. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Warrior keeps control of the position for the meantime.
Warrior's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Warrior seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Putin got a little sloppy there for a moment and Warrior has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Putin has managed to get both his arms back between Warrior's legs - danger averted.

Warrior has his feet on Putin's thighs here. He's pushed Putin off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Putin screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
