Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Conor Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Twisted Fate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Conor Harris!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Twisted Fate!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Emerson Jorge and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from Harris.
Harris tries to clinch but Fate moves out of range.
Fate keeps the fight on the outside.
Fate tries to keep at a distance but Harris has taken the fight into the clinch.
Harris has Fate pressed against the cage, preventing Fate from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Harris definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Harris jumps into guard, dragging Fate to the mat.
Fate should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Fate has eaten all the pies!
Harris decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Harris goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Harris pushes Fate up against the cage in a clinch.
Fate is trying to drag Harris to the mat but Harris just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Fate goes for a takedown in the clinch but Harris prevents it.
Harris gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Harris gets to his feet. Fate looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Harris tries to clinch there but Fate circles away.
Fate throws a series of punches but Harris moves out of range.
Harris tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Harris tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Fate paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Harris drives through and clinches with Fate against the cage.
Fate has had enough of the clinch but Harris keeps him there for the moment.
Harris breaks from the clinch.
Harris throws a right and a left that Fate avoids nicely.
Conor Harris is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Harris drives through and clinches with Fate against the cage.

Fate jumps guard but Harris stands there with Fate around his waist. Fate gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Conor Harris has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Twisted Fate.

Fate wants to break free but Harris has control.

Harris tries to close the distance and clinch but Fate swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Harris throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Fate.
Harris is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

and Harris makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Harris rushes Fate and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Harris breaks from the clinch.
Harris tries to clinch there but Fate circles away.
Fate throws a head kick that misses.
Harris dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Fate. That did some damage!
Fate keeps the fight on the outside.
Fate swats away the attempt to clinch by Harris.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Harris!
Conor Harris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fate shoots for a double leg takedown but Harris sprawls well. He's pushed Fate's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Harris tries to close the distance and clinch up but Fate swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Fate dives in for a single leg takedown but Harris sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Harris manages to break the clinch.
Harris throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Harris stuffs the takedown.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Harris drops Fate with a nice combination! Harris dives into Fate's guard, looking to finish!
Fate is rocked!
Fate working a defensive guard but Harris passes into half guard.

Harris is thwarting Fate's attempts to control the position.
Harris stands up from half guard.
Fate looks winded!
Harris is pawing at Fate, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Fate's nose. Fate is badly hurt! Harris pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Fate tries desperately to hold on but Harris is relentless in his assault! As Fate receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Harris away and this one is in the books!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Conor Harris!
