Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fig Newton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Fig Newton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jimmy Jones! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Richard Clark and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Jones drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Newton dives on top into guard. Jones working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Newton doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Newton manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Jones had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Newton is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Jones Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Newton's back instead. Jones looks gassed! Newton preventing the rear naked choke attempt from Jones. Jones is hanging on to Newton's back as he tries to escape.
Jones is persistently looking for the submission but Newton is defending it well.

Newton is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Jones is trying to stick to Newton's back but Newton is turning into Jones. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Jones's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Newton.
That's one minute gone in the round. Newton advances to half guard. Jones tries to get to full guard but Newton has control of the leg. Jones is defending against the submission attempts here by Newton.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Newton seems to be looking for submissions.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Newton is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Jones looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Jones tries to roll over but Newton keeps him under control. Jones is defending against the submission attempts here by Newton.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Jones is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Newton pulls his head out easily. Jones is pressing down on Newton's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Newton might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Newton wants to pass the guard but Jones is keeping the position. Jones is looking for a triangle but Newton pushes his legs off easily.
Jones looking for a guillotine here but Newton defends easily.
Newton preventing the sweep. Newton is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones working for a triangle but Newton defends it easily.
Jones looking to hit a scissor sweep but Newton is one step ahead there. Jones escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Newton gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Newton pushing down on Jones's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Jones is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Newton looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Jones looking for submissions off his back. It looks like Newton is going to stand back up.
Jones moves into full guard.
Jones looking for a sweep. Not yet Jones, not yet. Jones is looking for a triangle but Newton pushes his legs off easily.
Jones looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Newton drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Newton jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Jones is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jimmy Jones dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Newton throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jones. Jones closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Newton to the mat! Newton manages to get full guard. Jones pushes down on Newton's leg and manages to get into half guard. Jones is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Newton has managed to free his arm - good work. Newton is looking to improve his position.
Jones passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Newton! Jones is working for a guillotine from mount but Newton frees his head quite easily.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Newton can't escape the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Newton turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Jones off and cradles Newton's limp body as Jones celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Jimmy Jones!
