Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jari Mountain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danza Kuduro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mountain comes to the cage accompanied by kuningas. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
30 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jari Mountain! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
29 - 11 - 2, fighting out of London, Danza Kuduro! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Steven Brown and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mountain throws a combination that misses enabling Kuduro to counter with a crisp jab. Mountain moves out of range as Kuduro strikes. Kuduro wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Mountain fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Kuduro ducks under a wild hook from Mountain. Mountain takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. The fighters circling - Kuduro throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Kuduro takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Mountain wants to slow Kuduro down by chopping away at his legs. Kuduro defending well as Mountain loads up on a big left hand. Mountain tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Kuduro misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Mountain.
Kuduro throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mountain. A left lands for Mountain. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kuduro throws a right hand that Mountain ducks under and follows up with a left that Mountain also avoids with ease. Mountain finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Mountain is looking to slow Kuduro down with leg kicks. Mountain tries a low kick but Kuduro avoids it.
That's one minute gone in the round. An inside leg kick from Mountain misses. Kuduro ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Mountain misses with a double jab.
Kuduro moves away from the strike by Mountain. Mountain throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Kuduro has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. A bone on bone clash there as Mountain blocks the leg kick.
Mountain misses with a looping right. We've been told by Mountain's head coaches at Qube MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Kuduro is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Mountain misses with an uppercut. Kuduro misses with an attempted mid kick.
Mountain misses with a body shot.
Mountain connects with a leg kick. Kuduro looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Kuduro wants to clinch up but Mountain keeps it at a distance. Kuduro slips under a jab from Mountain. Mountain avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mountain throws a big shot that misses. Mountain scores with a body shot.
Mountain pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Mountain tries to land a leg kick but Kuduro saw it coming and moves away.
Kuduro digs a good body shot into Mountain's ribs. This has been an exciting period of action! Kuduro throws a right and a left that Mountain avoids nicely. Kuduro lands a leg kick that knocks Mountain off balance momentarily. Mountain fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kuduro. Kuduro scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Kuduro connects with a crisp jab. Kuduro avoids the body shot from Mountain.
Mountain circles away from the clinch attempt.
Mountain throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Kuduro thumps Mountain with a low kick. Kuduro tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Kuduro jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kuduro lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Kuduro misses with a low kick. Kuduro looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. A looping hook to the body misses from Kuduro. Mountain does a little dance to reset his feet. Kuduro motions for Mountain to come forward. Kuduro throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Mountain closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Kuduro misses with a kick to the body.
Mountain moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Mountain takes one on the button.
Mountain is rocked! Kuduro scores with a body shot.
Oh Mountain is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Kuduro checks a leg kick nicely. Mountain seems to have got his legs back now. Jari Mountain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kuduro lands a big head kick that sends Mountain to the canvas! Kuduro follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Danza Kuduro! Danza Kuduro is the new light heavyweight champion! Danza Kuduro seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
