Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 5 - 1, fighting out of London, Winston Blau!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Pete Gilmour!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Steven Brown and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gilmour misses with a series of wild punches.
Blau closes this distance looking for a takedown but Gilmour circles away.
Blau will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Blau throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Blau shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gilmour as he avoids it easily.
Gilmour misses with a head kick.
Gilmour looks to throw a body kick
and Blau counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Gilmour is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Blau shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gilmour as he jumps to the side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Winston Blau. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gilmour is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Blau.
Gilmour misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gilmour misses with a low kick.
Gilmour throws a shot from downtown. Blau moves away and avoids it.
A combination from Gilmour does no damage.
Gilmour stuffs the takedown.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Blau.
Blau lands a high kick!
Blau blocks the body kick.
Gilmour will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Blau counters with a nice low kick that buckles Gilmour's knee momentarily.
Gilmour looks gassed!
Whack! Blau lands a heavy head kick that drops Gilmour. The ref tackles Blau to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Gilmour was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Winston Blau!
