Morimoto has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Abdullah Maleh was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morimoto shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Maleh pinned against the cage. Maleh gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Maleh bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Morimoto throws a solid leg kick but Maleh takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Morimoto.
Maleh lands a nice hook to Morimoto's body. Morimoto takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Morimoto looks to land a right hand but Maleh moved out of range.
Morimoto shoots in but Maleh avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Maleh bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Morimoto's head backwards.
Maleh stuffs the takedown.
