Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Horace Ratliff!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ashot Rakobesyan!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Viktor Lagutenko and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rakobesyan tries a low kick but Ratliff avoids it.
A punch combination from Rakobesyan misses.
Rakobesyan swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Rakobesyan will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Jab, jab by Rakobesyan - just one landing.
Rakobesyan throws a nice looking combination but Ratliff bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Ratliff really is a fat lump.
Rakobesyan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Ratliff gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Ratliff content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Ratliff escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rakobesyan throws a leg kick that is checked
and Ratliff moves into the clinch.
Rakobesyan looks winded!
Rakobesyan is fighting off a takedown attempt but Ratliff is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Rakobesyan to the mat. Rakobesyan regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ratliff stays in close to Rakobesyan's body and controls the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ratliff postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Ratliff drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Ratliff as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Rakobesyan screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Ratliff! Nice submission victory there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Horace Ratliff!
In defeat, Ashot Rakobesyan stepped up to the mic, saying 'Ну блин просто лагало !!'.
