Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pacho Dee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pacho Dee is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Kane! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pacho Dee! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dee shoots in for a double leg but Kane sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Kane tries to clinch but Dee moves out of range. Kane with a poor takedown and Dee counters by moving into the clinch. Kane on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Dee stops a takedown attempt from Kane.
Dee goes for a takedown attempt but Kane pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Dee shoots in looking for a takedown. Kane tries to sprawl out of it but Dee keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kane manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. David Kane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pacho Dee. Kane decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Kane is figuring out what he wants to do next. Dee tries to get to full guard but Kane has control of the leg.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dee trying to control from the bottom.
Kane is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Dee has managed to free his arm - good work. Kane is looking to advance position but Dee won't allow it. Dee has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Kane is working away from the top position though.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Dee fails with the takedown and Kane counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Kane. Dee controls Kane momentarily but Kane frees himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kane stands and steps away. Dee gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Kane tries a head kick but it misses.
Kane misses with a kick to the body and Dee counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Dee. Dee tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Dee has Kane pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Kane manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Dee looks gassed! Kane wants to break free but Dee has control.
Dee goes for a takedown in the clinch but Kane prevents it.
Kane is pressed up against the cage. Dee has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Kane down to the mat. Kane avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Kane scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Dee doesn't seem bothered though. Kane scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kane tries to clinch up and Dee counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Dee.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kane looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Dee wants to control from the top but Kane keeps moving. Kane looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Kane wants to clinch. Dee wants to clinch. Kane feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Kane looking to pass the guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Dee not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
David Kane dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Dee throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Kane counters with a left and a right that stings Dee. Kane tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Dee swivels and escapes. No luck for Dee with that takedown attempt. Dee looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Kane! Dee trying to control but Kane is having none of it. Kane takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Dee is working for a guillotine from mount but Kane frees his head quite easily.
Dee jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Kane is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Kane and Dee has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dee working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Kane struggling a bit here. Dee tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Dee goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Kane has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Dee but great work by Kane. Kane in side control, just content to control the action for now. Kane working the head and body with strikes. Dee throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Dee takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Dee prevents Kane from improving position. Dee regains half guard there - taking advantage of Kane's attempt to lay and pray for a moment. Kane trying to control from half guard but Dee is working away. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Kane in particular looking to stall. Dee is looking to control Kane's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Dee avoid being mounted?
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Dee actively working from the bottom here. Kane takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Dee wants to control but Kane is keeping busy.
Kane scoring with strikes to the body and head. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kane works his way into side control. Dee tries to get back to half guard but can't. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that David Kane will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Kane shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Kane showed some decent athleticism there. The fighters are battling for position here. Dee manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Dee looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Dee looking for a sweep. Not yet Dee, not yet. Kane content to stall in guard here. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Dee trying to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dee looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Kane passes into side control.
Kane controlling from side mount. Dee regains half guard there - taking advantage of Kane's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Kane decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Dee fails to land the takedown. Kane tries to clinch up and Dee counters with a slapping leg kick. Kane shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Dee as he jumps to the side. Dee looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kane wants to control but Dee is keeping busy.
Kane blocking the ground and pound attempt from Dee. Dee stalling. Kane is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Dee's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Dee's back! Kane controlling well, preventing Dee from escaping the position.
David Kane overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Kane loading up with punches from the back mount - how long can Dee hold on?

That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Dee wants to control his opponent's hands but Kane gets his hands free. Dee is trying to break free.

And that's the end of the fight! David Kane showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Kane, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
