Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tom Hiczkok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brad Dillinger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tom Hiczkok! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Brad Dillinger! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hiczkok throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Dillinger gets in close and instigates a clinch. Hiczkok changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Dillinger fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Dillinger stuffs the takedown. Some bone on bone action there as Hiczkok checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Hiczkok has taken the fight to the clinch.
Dillinger has had enough of the clinch but Hiczkok keeps him there for the moment. Dillinger breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hiczkok shoots for a takedown but Dillinger saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tom Hiczkok. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dillinger rushes Hiczkok and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Dillinger misses with a hook to the ribs.
Hiczkok is looking to take this one to the mat. Dillinger is trying to break the clinch but Hiczkok has him pressed against the cage. Dillinger is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Hiczkok has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Dillinger avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Hiczkok drops down looking for an ankle pick but Dillinger pulls his leg out and moves away.
Dillinger is looking to clinch but Hiczkok is avoiding it.
Hiczkok fails with a takedown attempt. Hiczkok shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Dillinger as he jumps to the side. Dillinger moves into the clinch. Dillinger gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Hiczkok regains guard.
Dillinger postures up in Hiczkok's guard and throws a big left but Hiczkok blocks it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dillinger stands and steps away. Hiczkok gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Dillinger shoots in for a takedown but Hiczkok shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Hiczkok with a poor takedown and Dillinger counters with a takedown into side control. Hiczkok is breathing heavily. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Dillinger stands up and we're back to a striking position. Hiczkok gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Dillinger is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hiczkok knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dillinger on the ground. Dillinger prevents Hiczkok from getting back to his feet. Dillinger controlling from the top position. Dillinger stands up from guard. Let's bang!
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Hiczkok looks to land a combination but Dillinger avoids it well. No luck for Hiczkok with that takedown attempt. Hiczkok dives in for a single leg takedown but Dillinger sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Dillinger has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Hiczkok is trying to keep an underhook but Dillinger manages to get the takedown into half guard. Dillinger stalling. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. It looks like Dillinger might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dillinger closes the distance and clinches. Hiczkok is trying to drag Dillinger to the mat but Dillinger just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Dillinger can't get the takedown.
Dillinger pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Dillinger tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Hiczkok tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dillinger paws at him with a jab and circles away. Hiczkok tries to clinch but Dillinger moves out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The fight stays on the outside here - Dillinger looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Hiczkok is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Hiczkok slips a jab and a cross from Dillinger.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hiczkok tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Dillinger manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Dillinger is looking to clinch. Dillinger fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Dillinger fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Tom Hiczkok has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brad Dillinger. Dillinger changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hiczkok looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Hiczkok prevents Dillinger from moving into mount. The referee asks Dillinger politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Dillinger prefers to stall for the moment though. Dillinger throws an elbow but Hiczkok slips to the side and avoids it well. Brad Dillinger has got the better of the ground game so far.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Dillinger's corner is telling him to maintain position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dillinger accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Dillinger advances to half guard. Dillinger is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Dillinger lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dillinger controlling the pace for now. Hiczkok really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

Dillinger raining down shots from the mount! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dillinger throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hiczkok's waist but Hiczkok gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dillinger off to one side. Dillinger swats away the attempt to clinch by Hiczkok. Hiczkok tries to clinch up but Dillinger circles away and keeps his distance. Dillinger drives through with a takedown into Hiczkok's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Dillinger throwing strikes from guard but Hiczkok blocks nicely. Dillinger is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. More stalling from Dillinger. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dillinger's corner is telling him to maintain position. Dillinger is continuing to stall. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. The adventures of Dillinger the control monster continue. Boring.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Tom Hiczkok is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Dillinger closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Hiczkok drops down looking for an ankle pick but Dillinger pulls his leg out and moves away.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Dillinger shoots in for a takedown but Hiczkok shows good takedown defense. Hiczkok shoots in for a double leg but Dillinger sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tom Hiczkok. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dillinger wants to clinch up but Hiczkok keeps it at a distance. Dillinger wants to slow Hiczkok down by chopping away at his legs. Hiczkok takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Brad Dillinger seems to be getting the better of the standup. Dillinger takes the fight into the clinch. Dillinger manages to break the clinch.
Dillinger tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hiczkok swats him away and circles back towards the center. Hiczkok moves out of range as Dillinger throws a body kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dillinger rushes Hiczkok and presses him up against the cage. Dillinger manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Hiczkok has gone for a leg lock! Dillinger slips out almost immediately though and dives into Hiczkok's guard.
Dillinger stands up from Hiczkok's guard - Dillinger perhaps looking for a knockout. Dillinger clinches with his opponent.
Dillinger tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Hiczkok avoids it. Dillinger drags the fight down to the ground.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dillinger controlling the position. Hiczkok looking to sit in guard and control but Dillinger gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Dillinger stays in close to Hiczkok's body and controls the position. Hiczkok wants to sweep here but Dillinger controlling him for the moment. Tom Hiczkok has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Brad Dillinger is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Dillinger cracks Hiczkok with a solid left hand.
And that's the end of the fight! Brad Dillinger comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Dillinger has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
