It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Waitzel here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Danze might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Waitzel has got the better of the exchanges.

Danze jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Waitzel walks away with a smile on his face. Danze gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
