Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between John Dodson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xavier Worner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Xavier Worner was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xavier Worner!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Worner misses the body punch
and Dodson counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Worner doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Dodson counters with a nice body shot.

Dodson manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Worner on his heels. He'll look to pass Worner's guard now, I'm sure.
Worner can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Dodson controls the pace.

Dodson decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Worner, up you get!

Dodson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Dodson not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Dodson won't allow Worner to sweep him here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dodson's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Worner is looking to cinch up a triangle. Dodson throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Worner's body to avoid the submission. Worner has instead reached around Dodson's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Worner arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
