Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cain Velasqs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Davor Langerholc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cain Velasqs has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Cain Velasqs! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Davor Langerholc! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Langerholc has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Langerholc there as he acknowledges the shot. Velasqs misses with a left hand and Langerholc decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Velasqs's guard. Langerholc lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Langerholc tries to free his leg and advance position but Velasqs is retaining full guard. Velasqs looking for a guillotine here but Langerholc defends easily.
Velasqs looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Langerholc has picked Velasqs up and slammed him! Velasqs can't keep hold of the triangle and Langerholc manages to pass to side control! Langerholc scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Velasqs to see if he's OK. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Velasqs is trying to get back to half guard. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Langerholc working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well. Langerholc moves into full mount!
That's one minute gone in the round. Velasqs is looking to get to half guard. A nice elbow there by Langerholc. Langerholc wants to control the pace but Velasqs is squirming around nicely. Langerholc prevents Velasqs from getting the reversal. Langerholc putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
It looks like Cain Velasqs has been cut. Velasqs really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Langerholc working the ground and pound effectively.
Langerholc has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Velasqs is looking to get to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Langerholc in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Velasqs gets back to half guard. Velasqs is looking to improve his position.
Velasqs tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Langerholc has advanced to mount. Uh oh. This has been an exciting period of action! Velasqs is looking to improve his position but Langerholc isn't that keen on the idea.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Velasqs is working hard here to advance position. Velasqs in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Cain Velasqs's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Langerholc wants to control the pace but Velasqs is squirming around nicely. Velasqs throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Velasqs is in all sorts of trouble here.
Langerholc blocks Velasqs's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. Velasqs flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Velasqs is trying to escape the mount.
Langerholc scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Jeez, Cain Velasqs's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Cain Velasqs's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Davor Langerholc! Post fight, Davor Langerholc stared into the camera and said 'One more murder to my account.'.
