Mamba comes to the cage accompanied by Here Comes The Hotstepper. Tim has chosen Hot In Herre - Nelly as his entrance music. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mamba looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Tim tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Mamba shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Tim sprawls well. Tim wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Mamba gets slowly back to his feet.
Tim keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bobby Mamba. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tim lands with a slapping head kick.

It looks like Bobby Mamba has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tim misses with an attempted mid kick.
Tim lands with a shot to the body.
Mamba circles away from the clinch attempt.
Mamba tries for a takedown but Tim sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Tim throws a head kick but Mamba moves out of range.
Mamba looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Mamba closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Tim is trying to improve his position.
Tim manages to get back to half guard.
Tim pushes Mamba off looking to stand but Mamba dives back in and keeps control.
Tim is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Mamba prevents Tim from improving his position.
Mamba is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Tim felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Mamba throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Tim to regain full guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mamba connects with a couple of short punches.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tim pushes a forearm under Mamba's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Mamba is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

A relieved looking Tiny Tim thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
