Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Clint Young (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stu Kang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Clint Young! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Stu Kang! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Taro Takaoka and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Kang gets a double leg takedown into Young's guard. Kang trying to control but Young is working from the bottom. Kang wants to stand but Young is controlling his posture from full guard. Kang got a little sloppy there for a moment and Young has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kang has managed to get both his arms back between Young's legs - danger averted. Young looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kang is one step ahead there. Young really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kang passes into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Young is trying to stand up here but Kang is controlling him well. Kang trying to control from half guard but Young is working away. Young is trying to get back to full guard.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Young shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Kang manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Young has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kang is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Young defends well. Young is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Kang looking for a guillotine here but Young defends easily.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Young is looking to work some ground and pound but Kang has wrist control. Young will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kang is trying to control the position but Young postures up. Kang has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Young can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Young's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Kang has his foot on Young's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Young works his way back into a safe position though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Young content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. That's four minutes gone in the round. Young lands a couple of decent looking shots. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Young got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kang has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Young has managed to get both his arms back between Kang's legs - danger averted. Young postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Young stands up over Kang, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Young throws a big elbow that misses. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Young throwing strikes but missing. Young working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Stu Kang dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Young circles away from the clinch attempt and Young counters with a nice uppercut. Kang darts in trying to clinch and Young counters with a lovely straight right hand!
That's one minute gone in the round. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. No luck for Young with that takedown attempt. Young looks for a takedown but Kang sprawls well. Excellent takedown into side control there by Kang.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kang goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Young has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Kang but great work by Young. Young tries for a kimura but Kang is defending well. Young goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Kang rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Young's guard! Nice work there by Kang! Young looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Kang passes into side control.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kang throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kang sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Young is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Kang wants to lay and pray for a moment but Young keeps working. Young knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kang on the ground. Kang tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Kang is trying to ground and pound but Young uses the momentary lack of control by Kang to regain half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Kang is keen to just control but Young is a slippery customer. Young wants to control the action here but instead Kang manages to pass to full mount! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Kang trying to control but he's not successful this time. Stu Kang has got the better of the ground game so far. Kang might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Young haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Stu Kang showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Young shoots in for a takedown but Kang shows good takedown defense. Kang tries to clinch but fails miserably and Young counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Young drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Young cracks Kang with a big right hand but Kang just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Kang wants to lay and pray for a moment but Young keeps working. Kang wants to stand up but Young is controlling the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kang wants to work for an arm triangle but Young is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Kang wants to take a breather but Young is having none of it. Kang is pressing down on Young's thigh, looking to free his foot. Young is holding on for now. Kang is taking a breather. Young says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Kang moves into side control, avoiding the strikes from Young.
Kang misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Kang trying to control the position but Young is working away. Kang avoids the strikes from the bottom by Young. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Kang wants to control but Young is keeping him busy. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
And that's the end of the fight! Stu Kang comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Kang winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
