The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paha scores with a jab to the body.
Paha missing with a left hand there. mcPherson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
A nice inside leg kick there by Paha. That's going to slow mcPherson down.
mcPherson takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
It looks like Todd mcPherson has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
mcPherson fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Paha misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
mcPherson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Paha as he jumps to the side.
mcPherson shoots in looking for a takedown. Paha tries to sprawl out of it but mcPherson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Paha manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Iso Paha has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Todd mcPherson.
Paha throws a head kick that mcPherson semi-blocks.
mcPherson on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
mcPherson takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
mcPherson is rocked!
That has opened up Todd mcPherson's cut even more.
Are you kidding me?! Paha ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent mcPherson clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
