Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rayford Mccormick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Siva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Siva shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Mccormick's guard.

Mccormick working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Siva doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Siva manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Siva accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Siva tries to stand but Mccormick is controlling from the bottom.
Mccormick wants to sweep but no luck.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Siva tries to score with some ground and pound. Mccormick controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Siva misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
