Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ice Cold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tito David (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ice Cold! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tito David! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Igor Prikhodko and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! David is trying hard to land a takedown here. Cold sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. David is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. David throws a series of punches but Cold moves out of range. Cold tries to score a power double leg takedown but David sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Cold somewhat. David throws a right and a left that Cold avoids nicely. A head kick misses from Cold. Cold darts in looking for a takedown but David gets double underhooks and turns Cold into the cage. Cold lands a body punch. David is looking for a takedown. Cold breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cold pushes David up against the cage in a clinch. Cold tries to score a body lock takedown but David shows good agility there to stay on his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ice Cold. That's going to take a lot out of him. Cold prevents the takedown attempt.
The referee calls for Cold to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. David jumps guard but Cold stands there with David around his waist. David gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
David misses with an elbow over the top. Cold's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. No luck for Cold with that takedown attempt. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Cold. David tries to clinch but Cold moves away and Cold moves into the clinch. David prevents a takedown attempt there.

That's two minutes gone in the round. David looking to pass the guard. David trying to move into half guard but instead Cold has managed to sweep! Cold stays in close to David's body and controls the position. Cold missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Cold wants to get up but he can't break David's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if David can do anything to dispel that myth. David is looking to stand up but Cold isn't so interested in that idea. David really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cold. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. David throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Cold escapes and throws David's legs to the side, diving into side control! Cold controlling the position. David is looking for a sweep.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Cold is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down David's shoulder. That is not cool. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. David tries to improve position but can't. Cold tries to stand but David is controlling his head.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. David tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cold paws at him with a jab and circles away. Cold shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says David as he avoids it easily. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! David fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from David. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ice Cold dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Cold changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. David tries to avoid it but Cold manages to keep hold of a leg and drag David to the ground. David escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Cold shoots for a takedown but David saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Nice takedown defense from Cold. No joy for David on that attempt. Horrible takedown attempt by David or perhaps it was just good defense by Cold, which made it look bad. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Cold. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ice Cold. That's going to take a lot out of him. David fails with the takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cold has closed the distance and engaged David in a clinch.
Cold gets control of David's arms and successfully pulls guard. Cold will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Cold pulls David in to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cold escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. David gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Cold seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Cold lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Cold is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that David can do to turn this around? David working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Cold. Cold not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Cold is looking to work some ground and pound but David has wrist control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Cold controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Cold might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Cold would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Cold distracts David with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Cold thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Cold throwing strikes but missing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cold controlling from the top position.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Cold closes the distance and clinches up with David, looking for a takedown. Cold pushes David against the cage but David circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. A head kick misses from David. Cold has David up against the cage in a clinch.
Cold is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Cold looking for a takedown. Cold missing with knees to the body.
David is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Cold is defending well for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. David is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Cold is defending well. A frustrated look appears on David's face as he tries to break the clinch. Cold can't get the takedown.
David is trying to pull guard but Cold turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Cold jumps guard.
David wants to control from the top but Cold keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cold looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Cold has a closed guard, preventing David from standing up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ice Cold dominated that second round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
David leaves Cold with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. David tries to clinch there but Cold circles away.
Cold forces David back against the cage and clinches. Cold lands a left hand that snaps the head of David backwards. Cold pulls guard. Cold keeping moving, preventing David from controlling successfully. David might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Cold haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cold bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in David's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cold is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. David is trying to control the position but Cold postures up. Cold loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cold slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Cold throwing strikes but missing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Cold stops David from standing up. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Cold is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

David misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Cold.
David stuffs the takedown attempt from Cold. Cold gets slowly back to his feet. David shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Cold as he jumps to the side. David stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ice Cold. That's going to take a lot out of him. David tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cold shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Cold misses with a takedown attempt - David sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Tito David seems to be getting the better of the standup. David throws a jab but it's blocked by Cold. Cold clinches up with David and pushes him back against the cage. Cold wants a takedown.
Cold pulls guard successfully.
David must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Cold escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. David gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Cold has David pulled in close to control his posture.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cold keeping moving, preventing David from controlling successfully. Cold lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. David trying to keep a closed guard but Cold is proving a slippery customer.
Cold advances to half guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Cold missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Tito David has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Ice Cold is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Ice Cold overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. David keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
And that's the end of the fight! Ice Cold showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Cold, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
