Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Williams Kaufman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Williams Kaufman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chuck Liddell!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Columbo Gatti and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kaufman gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Liddell to score an easy takedown into full guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kaufman is on top in guard.

Kaufman really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Kaufman has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Liddell can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Liddell is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Kaufman is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Kaufman has escaped and now he's on top!

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Kaufman is working Liddell over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kaufman accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Kaufman tries to sprawl but Liddell drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Liddell is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Kaufman has managed to free his arm - good work.

Kaufman manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Liddell keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kaufman's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

I really don't envy Kaufman right now.
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Liddell's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
Liddell has the hooks in. Kaufman is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Kaufman is trying escape back to his feet. He turns into his opponent's guard and eventually finds his way back to his feet.

Chuck Liddell showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Kaufman pushes Liddell off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Liddell tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kaufman swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Liddell is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
