Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Buzz Cloltran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samuel Washington (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cloltran comes to the cage accompanied by F**k What Happens Tonight. Washington has chosen TNT as his entrance music. Buzz Cloltran could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Samuel Washington's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
31 - 8 - 4, fighting out of Helsinki, Buzz Cloltran! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
21 - 9 - 2, fighting out of New York, Samuel Washington! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Trevor Gratis and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cloltran slips under a jab from Washington. Washington lands a nice looking body shot.
Cloltran checks the leg kick. We've been hearing reports that Cloltran has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Washington fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Cloltran. Washington looks to land a left hand but Cloltran moved out of range nicely. Cloltran blocks the body kick.
Samuel Washington seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Washington feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Washington postures up in Cloltran's guard and throws a big left but Cloltran blocks it. Washington trying to control but Cloltran is working from the bottom. Washington throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Washington looking to sit in guard and control but Cloltran gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Cloltran controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Washington controlling the position. Washington looking to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cloltran working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Cloltran trying to control but Washington is working from the bottom. Washington looking to control.
Washington has his hands on Cloltran's head, controlling the position.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Washington walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Cloltran checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Cloltran displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Washington throws out the jab. Cloltran seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Washington scores with a punch to the head. Cloltran misses with a hook. Washington drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. A big right from Washington misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Washington throws the left hand but Cloltran avoids the punch easily. Cloltran throws a hook but Washington avoids it easily. Washington misses with a straight left. Good exchange - Cloltran coming out on top. Good leg kick by Washington there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Washington feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Cloltran's calf. A jab from Cloltran misses. Washington dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Cloltran. That did some damage! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Cloltran misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Washington's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Cloltran connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Washington scrambles back to his feet. Nice combo by Cloltran! Oh, that's hurt him - Washington falls to the canvas and Cloltran follows him into side control.
Washington is rocked!
It looks like Samuel Washington has been cut. Cloltran cracks Washington with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Cloltran immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Washington is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Cloltran!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Buzz Cloltran! Buzz Cloltran retains his bantamweight title! Buzz Cloltran decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
