Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mark Dunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phrisbee OReiley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dunn comes to the cage accompanied by Diary of a Madman. OReiley has chosen Shoot To Thrill as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
28 - 24 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mark Dunn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 6 - 1, fighting out of New York, Phrisbee OReiley! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Yves DeLean and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dunn throws a combination but it was largely blocked by OReiley. OReiley dives in for a single leg takedown but Dunn sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Dunn throws a counter high kick but OReiley was just alert enough to avoid it. OReiley shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Dunn defends it nicely. Dunn appears to be looking for a big counter. A big right from Dunn misses. OReiley unleashes a big counter combination but Dunn bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Mark Dunn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dunn throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
OReiley swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Dunn throws a head kick but OReiley moves out of range.
Dunn closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into OReiley's guard. Dunn trying to stand up but can't free himself from OReiley's guard. OReiley lands a couple of decent looking body shots there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dunn lands a couple of decent looking shots. Dunn avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

That's one minute gone in the round. Dunn trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Dunn works over OReiley with some ground and pound from guard. OReiley keeping moving, preventing Dunn from controlling successfully. Dunn stands up over OReiley, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. OReiley working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Dunn. OReiley working a defensive guard here.
Dunn slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Dunn lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Dunn trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Dunn tries to free his leg and advance position but OReiley is retaining full guard. Dunn has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Dunn in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. OReiley has momentary wrist control but Dunn slips an elbow through the middle. Dunn content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Dunn is in close to OReiley's body, working some short punches and elbows.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dunn chips away with some ground and pound. OReiley keeping full guard, as Dunn tries to pass. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dunn trying to control but OReiley is working from the bottom. OReiley looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
OReiley is looking to stand up but Dunn isn't so interested in that idea. Dunn has gone for a leg lock! OReiley slips out almost immediately though and dives into Dunn's guard. Dunn looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Dunn is controlling OReiley's posture. Dunn is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
OReiley is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

OReiley content to stall in guard here. Dunn is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Dunn tries to land a sweep but no joy. OReiley trying to control but Dunn is working from the bottom. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as OReiley accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Dunn managing to control the position. Dunn is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Dunn is pulling down on OReiley's head to control his posture.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. OReiley will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Mark Dunn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Phrisbee OReiley. Dunn closes the distance and clinches. Dunn throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Dunn pushes off an throws an elbow but OReiley leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. OReiley blocks an elbow strike. Dunn creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. OReiley is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Dunn throws an elbow but it's blocked.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. OReiley wants a takedown but no success here.

Dunn misses with a wild body shot. OReiley throws a counter combo. Dunn looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Dunn throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
OReiley shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than OReiley was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Dunn is trying to control OReiley's posture but OReiley avoids it. OReiley working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Dunn is looking to reverse the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. OReiley tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. OReiley is looking to take a break and control but Dunn is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. OReiley is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Dunn knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. You can see the frustration on Dunn's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Dunn is pushing OReiley's head away, looking to escape. OReiley manages to hold on to the position though. Dunn manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Dunn manages to get to full guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. OReiley drops back, looking for a kneebar! Dunn looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Dunn looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Dunn!
Dunn is trying to get an arm triangle but OReiley is defending well. OReiley manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Dunn working OReiley over with strikes. Dunn seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Dunn lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Dunn stands up and beckons OReiley to join him on the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dunn throws a sloppy head kick enabling OReiley to counter with a crisp jab. OReiley gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Dunn trying to control but OReiley is working from the bottom. Dunn throws an elbow that misses. OReiley uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Dunn's guard. Nice move by OReiley! Dunn has control of OReiley's left arm, preventing OReiley from doing any damage. OReiley passes Dunn's left leg - he's now in half guard. OReiley not landing any meaningful shots this time. OReiley is trying to control the action in half guard but Dunn is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Dunn wants to control but OReiley is keeping busy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. OReiley looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That was a close second round but I would say that Mark Dunn will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Dunn goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. OReiley bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Dunn manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Dunn moves into full mount! OReiley won't be happy about that! BOOM! Dunn connects with a massive shot to the dome!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dunn tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Dunn lands a couple of good shots and OReiley has given up his back, trying to escape the position! OReiley is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards Dunn.
Dunn is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that OReiley can do to turn this around? OReiley is really stuck here.

OReiley is rocked! Mark Dunn overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Dunn has both hooks in and is working for a choke. OReiley is in real trouble here. Dunn gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, OReiley is tapping out! Dunn wins by rear naked choke!
