Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sadiq Hossein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Will Banks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Banks has chosen All I do Is win as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Hossein's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Hossein duly obliges.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

A punch lands to the side of Banks 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Hossein lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Banks has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Banks and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Hossein is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Banks's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Banks's back!

Hossein tries to get the hooks in deep but Banks pushed the leg off.
I really don't envy Banks right now.
Banks looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
Hossein has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.
Hossein seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Banks's chin but Banks turns very nicely into Hossein's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Banks.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sadiq Hossein.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Hossein, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
