You can see the frustration on Gonzalez's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Gonzalez shoots in looking for a takedown. Malapitan tries to sprawl out of it but Gonzalez keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Malapitan manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Malapitan here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Malapitan has gone for a leg lock! Gonzalez slips out almost immediately though and dives into Malapitan's guard.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Malapitan, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
