The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hack tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Goldsmith manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Hack has Goldsmith pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Goldsmith is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Hack - that's hurt Goldsmith badly! Oh, another knee lands and Goldsmith is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Goldsmith doesn't seem to be complaining.
