Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max Bear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Lord (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lord has chosen None as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Max Bear! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Mike Lord! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Donald Grub and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bear darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Lord is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Bear jumps into side control! Bear lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Lord down.
Lord sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Lord is looking to improve his position.
Lord on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Lord is refusing to be controlled, as Bear sits in half guard. Bear stalling. Bear is looking for a kimura here.
Bear landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bear prevents Lord from improving his position. Lord is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Lord looks gassed! The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bear connects with a nice short shot to Lord's temple. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lord can do anything to dispel that myth. Bear is figuring out what he wants to do next. Bear lands strikes from half guard. Bear works his way into full mount! Bear landing strikes, looking to finish! Bear blocks Lord's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. Bear controlling his opponent. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bear breaks from Lord's wrist control and lands an elbow. Bear lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Lord hang on? Bear content just to control the position here. Bear landing strikes from the mount. Bear sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Lord is wriggling around trying to escape.
Bear pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lord flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Lord working to try and regain half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bear wants to control the pace but Lord is squirming around nicely. Bear working away from the top, dropping strikes. Lord is looking to get to half guard. Bear controlling the pace for now. Bear has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Lord's face.
Bear swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
