Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between MC Hammerfist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sammy Spishak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hammerfist comes to the cage accompanied by 2 legit 2 quit - MC Hammer. Spishak comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Sleeping with Sirens kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spishak darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Hammerfist wants to improve his position but Spishak is controlling well.

Hammerfist regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Spishak.
Hammerfist looking to hit a scissor sweep but Spishak is one step ahead there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Spishak is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

We've been hearing good reports from Hammerfist's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Spishak content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Hammerfist has locked up a guillotine! Hammerfist's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Spishak is holding on here and Hammerfist must be using up a lot of energy. Spishak has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Hammerfist gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

A relieved looking MC Hammerfist thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
