Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ethan Conrad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Nader (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Conrad comes into the arena with Thousand Foot Krutch - War Of Change blaring out of the sound system. Nader is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by This Means War. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big left from Nader misses. Conrad takes the fight into the clinch. Conrad is pushing Nader up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Conrad avoiding damage as Nader throws knees to the body.

Our sources have told us that Conrad has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight. Nader is trying to break free. Nader is looking to break free of the clinch but Conrad has double underhooks. Nader is trying to break the clinch but Conrad is controlling him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Conrad connects with a knee to the head.
Conrad throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Nader blocks it with crossed arms. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Conrad. Conrad looking to throw knees to the head but Nader is blocking nicely.

Ethan Conrad is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Conrad is looking to score with low kicks. Nader throws a body shot but no joy. Nader takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Conrad swats away the attempt to clinch by Nader. Nader ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Conrad blocks the body kick.
Conrad with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Nader has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Conrad scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Nader looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Conrad is fending him off so far but Nader persists. Nope, Conrad circles away and we're back to standing. A combination from Conrad does no damage. Nader lands a jab to the nose. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Conrad lands with a nice combination. Nader backs away looking to recover. Nader fails in his attempt to clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Conrad closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Conrad landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Conrad ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Conrad no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Conrad tries to strike from the bottom.
Conrad working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Nader doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Conrad is tightening it up a little... Nader has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Nader reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Nader taps out! Nice BJJ there by Conrad!
