Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Cameron Dollar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tahi Toru! The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Damien Edna and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dollar throws a hook but Toru blocks it. Toru darts in trying to clinch and Dollar counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Tahi Toru has been cut. Toru shoots in looking for a takedown but Dollar manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Toru's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Dollar misses with an uppercut. Toru saw that one coming. Toru closes the distance looking to clinch and Dollar connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Toru is rocked! Toru blocks a jab. Toru is still on wobbly legs! Can Dollar finish him? Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Toru tries to clinch up and Dollar counters with a huge right that knocks Toru out cold! Dollar is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!
