The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mistry closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Mistry connects with a nice short shot to Kshymensky's temple.
Kshymensky is trying to control but can't.
Ground and pound from Mistry.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kshymensky wants to control but Mistry is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Mistry has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Kshymensky is staying active underneath Mistry, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Mistry passes the guard and advances to mount!

Mistry is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Kshymensky goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Mistry!
