Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Louis Beck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wendel Freitas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Louis Beck has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Louis Beck seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Louis Beck!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Wendel Freitas!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Alexandre Firmino and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Freitas gets the takedown into side control.
Freitas connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Beck some visible discomfort.
Freitas is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Beck is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Freitas decides to stand up, so the ref orders Beck to his feet.
Freitas closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Beck's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Freitas trying to control but Beck is working from the bottom.
Freitas decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Beck, up you get!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Freitas.
Beck throws Freitas to one side and escapes!
Freitas closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Beck is trying to buck Freitas off.

You can see the frustration on Beck's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Beck is looking to get back to his feet here but Freitas is keeping cool and he's managed to take Beck's back.

Beck really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Freitas is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Beck has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Beck is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Freitas throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Beck!
Freitas has managed to slip his arm under Beck's chin. This could be all over... yep, Beck is tapping out! Submission win for Freitas.
