Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Steve Smith and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie shoots in for a takedown but Chandler shows good takedown defense.
Gracie darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Gracie throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Gracie wants to work for an arm triangle but Chandler is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Gracie is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Chandler sees it coming and defends easily.
Gracie sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Chandler defending well though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gracie not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Gracie wants to free his trapped foot but Chandler is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Gracie is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Chandler felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Chandler on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Gracie is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Chandler is just riding it out for now. Gracie eventually gives up the hold.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gracie looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gracie works his way into side control.
Gracie throws a strike aimed at the side of Chandler's head but Chandler avoids it well.

Gracie wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Chandler, who protects the arm well.
Gracie tries to advance to mount but Chandler denies him.
Gracie working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
Gracie is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Chandler is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Gracie tries for a kimura but Chandler is defending well.
Gracie in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Chandler is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
